Our Jesup, Georgia, facility is the largest cellulose specialties plant in the world. Home to two fiber lines producing both hardwood and softwood high-purity cellulose specialties, the Jesup plant manufactures approximately 330,000 metric tons each year. An additional fiber line produces up to 245,000 metric tons of commodity viscose and absorbent materials each year.

The facility is ideally located near I-95 with three deep-water ports in close proximity and has direct rail service. With more than 800 employees, Jesup contributes an approximately $1 billion annual economic impact to the region. As one of the region’s largest employers, it contributes $140 million annually to Georgia’s wages and salaries and $2 million to Georgia’s sales taxes.
